By booking, guests agree to the house rules and terms of use: 

General house rules

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Áidu is a private retreat designed for quiet stays in nature. No parties or events allowed. 

Quiet hours: 22.00-07.00, please respect the natural surroundings.

No shoes inside the house.

Check-in and check-out

Contactless, the guests will receive an electronic key for their smart phone

Check- in from 16.00 hrs

Check.out by 11.00 hrs

Check-out and cleaning

Final cleaning is always included. However, the house must be left in a tidy condition.

- Dishes must be cleaned, dishwasher emptied 

- Trash from all rooms must be removed

- All food must be taken out of the fridge and cupboards

-  Ashes removed from the fireplace 

- In case of rented bed linen / towels from us: Please remove the linen from the bed and put them on the floor. 

- Beds tidy

Additional cleaning fees may apply if not followed.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking inside the house.

Pets

Pets are allowed upon request. Pet fee: EUR 75,- per stay. No pets on beds or sofas. Extra cleaning fees may apply in case of excessive hair or dirt. Please bring your own pet bedding.

Safety

Use of sauna, fireplace and campfire at own risk. 

Open fire only in the designated campfire area. Please check the current wildfire warnings in the local news, at dry times wildfires might be officially banned.

Guests are responsible for safe behavior in winter conditions, snow, ice, lake.

Payment

A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For short-term bookings, full payment is required immediately. 

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival. No refund of cancellations less than 14 days before arrival. 

Liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay, including damages caused by accompanying persons or pets.

The property, including sauna, fireplace inside and outside, lake access is only to be used according to instructions and at the guest's own risk

Guests are required to handle the house, furniture and equipment with care. 

Any damages or issues must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

In case of violation of house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.
